Welcome to Everlasting Luck LTD! By participating in our £100 Facebook Group Giveaway, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from entering the giveaway.

1. Overview

Promoter: This giveaway is organised by Everlasting Luck LTD, registered under Company Number 16132653.

Prize: A cash prize of £100 will be awarded to one winner upon the Everlasting Luck Facebook group reaching 4,000 members.

2. Eligibility

  • Participants must be aged 18 or over.
  • The giveaway is open to UK residents only.
  • Employees of Everlasting Luck, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
  • Proof of identity and residency may be required before the prize is awarded.

3. How to Enter

To enter the £100 Giveaway, participants must complete the following actions:

  1. Register for free at everlastingluck.co.uk.
  2. Be a member of the Everlasting Luck Facebook group.
  3. Invite all your friends to join the Facebook group.
  4. Comment “I’m in” on the designated promotional post in the Facebook group.

Deadline:
All actions must be completed before the Everlasting Luck Facebook group reaches 4,000 members. Entries received after this milestone will not be counted.

4. Winner Selection

  • There will be one (1) winner selected at random from eligible participants.
  • The random draw will be conducted once the Facebook group reaches 4,000 members.
  • The winner will be:
    • Announced publicly in the Facebook group.
    • Notified directly via Facebook message or email linked to their Everlasting Luck registration.
  • The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in an alternate winner being selected.

5. Prize Payment

  • The prize of £100 will be paid instantly to the winner via:
    • Bank transfer, or
    • PayPal, as agreed with the winner.
  • No alternative prizes or cash equivalents will be offered.

6. Publicity

By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees to the use of their:

  • First name,
  • Photo, and
  • General location (e.g., “Sam from Manchester”) for promotional purposes.

7. General Terms

  • Everlasting Luck reserves the right to:
    • Cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • Disqualify entries found to violate these Terms and Conditions (e.g., fake accounts, incomplete participation).
  • The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

8. Liability

Everlasting Luck is not responsible for:

  • Entries not successfully submitted due to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or any other reason beyond its control.
  • Loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the prize or the giveaway.
