1. Who Can Enter? 🎯
- Open to all UK residents aged 18 and over.
- A valid UK mobile number must be provided on your account. Please ensure your personal information is up to date when entering.
- By entering, you confirm your agreement with these Terms & Conditions and our main site policies.
2. How It Works 🔁
Here’s how the Live Call Competition runs:
1️⃣ Ticket Price: 79p per entry
2️⃣ Max Entries: 4,444 per round
3️⃣ Sales Close: Daily at 17:17 UK time
4️⃣ Draw: One entry is selected at random from all valid entries
5️⃣ Live Call Window: The call is made between 19:00 and 20:00 the same day
The selected entrant receives a live phone call from a withheld/private number. If they answer and say the correct phrase immediately, they win. If not, the prize rolls over and the competition reopens with the same remaining tickets.
3. How to Win 🏆
To win, the selected entrant must:
- Answer the live call personally (voicemail or third-party answers do not count)
- Say the exact phrase: “It’s my lucky day”
- Say nothing else. No “hello,” no “hi,” no delay. Just the phrase.
If the call:
- Goes to voicemail
- Is unanswered
- Is answered with the wrong words or by someone else…
❌ The prize is forfeited and the full pot rolls over.
4. One Call Only ☎️
- Only one call is made per draw.
- There are no redials, no second chances, and no exceptions.
- Please ensure your number is active, signal is strong, and you are available during the draw window.
5. Rollovers & Reopening 🔄
- If there is no winner, the competition reopens immediately with the same remaining unsold tickets.
- All previous ticket holders retain their entries.
- We continue running draws until a winner answers correctly and says the exact phrase.
- If all 4,444 tickets are sold, we will continue calling new entries from the full ticket pool until someone answers correctly and wins. This is the only exception where multiple calls may be made in a single draw window.
6. The Prize 💰
- The winner receives a cash prize based on the total revenue collected for that round.
- The final prize amount will be announced after ticket sales close.
- The prize is paid directly to the winner once verified and processed.
- The remaining funds support Everlasting Luck’s operational and platform costs.
7. Consent & Transparency 🛡️
- By entering, you give explicit consent to receive a live call between 19:00 and 20:00 UK time on the day of the draw.
- Entrants also agree that the call may be streamed live or recorded, and used for promotional and transparency purposes, in line with our privacy policy and UK GDPR guidelines.
8. Important Reminders 🚨
- Make sure your number is correct at checkout and on your profile. Incorrect or inactive numbers result in a forfeited entry.
- No refunds are issued for missed calls, invalid responses, or technical difficulties on the entrant’s side.
- The phrase must be said clearly and without delay. We are strict to keep the competition fair and exciting for all players.
9. Multiple Entries Allowed 🎟️
- You may purchase multiple tickets per competition.
- Each ticket counts as a separate entry and increases your chance of being selected.
- Once selected, only one call is made to the chosen entrant.
10. Technical or Admin Issues 🛠️
In the rare event of:
- Technical failures,
- Livestream issues,
- Or unforeseen admin problems…
Everlasting Luck reserves the right to:
- Delay or reschedule the call,
- Extend or roll over the competition,
- Or issue refunds only if the draw cannot be completed.
