This Refunds & Returns Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions governing your use of Everlasting Luck LTD. By entering any competition or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. No Refunds – No Exceptions

All competition entries are strictly non-refundable. Whether paid by card, wallet balance, Apple Pay or any other method, entry fees will not be returned once a transaction is completed. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Duplicate or accidental entries
  • Forgotten or missed draw deadlines
  • Change of heart after entry
  • Entry submitted in error
  • Technical issues outside of our control
  • User disqualification due to breach of Terms or ineligibility

Our competitions are classified as prize competitions under UK law. As such, they fall under a specific exemption from the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which means there is no legal right to cancel or obtain a refund once an entry is placed.


2. Instant Wins

Entries into Instant Win competitions are immediate, final, and irreversible. Once an entry is processed and a result is revealed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of the outcome or satisfaction with the prize. This is standard across the prize competition industry and ensures fair play for all participants.


3. Chargebacks = Instant Ban

We operate a zero-tolerance policy on chargebacks or fraudulent disputes. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • Your account will be permanently banned
  • All future entries will be voided
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action and recover associated costs

We’re a small business making a big impact—please play fair.


4. Competition Cancellation

In the rare and unlikely event that we cancel a competition (e.g., due to technical fault or force majeure), Everlasting Luck LTD will:

  • Refund all paid entries in full
  • Contact all participants by email within 48 hours
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

We’ve never had to cancel a comp yet—because we plan, prep, and prize with purpose.


5. Technical Errors & Failed Transactions

If you believe your entry was not processed due to a technical error, contact our support team within 24 hours of the failed attempt. Screenshots, timestamps, and transaction references will help us investigate quickly.

Note: We are not responsible for user-side issues including poor signal, expired payment methods, mistyped emails, or browser crashes.


6. Legal Classification

Everlasting Luck competitions are structured in full compliance with UK laws governing prize competitions, not lotteries or raffles. As such:

  • Consumer refund laws (e.g., 14-day cooling off) do not apply
  • Our refund policy reflects legal exemptions applied to games of skill and chance

We take compliance seriously and operate transparently to build the UK’s most trusted prize site.
