1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our prize competitions, refunds are generally not available once an entry has been purchased. Please review your entries carefully before completing your transaction.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Competition Cancellation: If we cancel a competition, all paid entries will be refunded in full.
  • Technical Errors: In case of duplicate payments or system malfunctions, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Incorrect Payment Processing: If an entry fee is deducted but no entry is received due to a system issue.

Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used.

3. No Refunds for the Following Cases

We are unable to issue refunds in these situations:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if you change your mind after purchasing an entry.
  • Entry Errors: Mistakes such as selecting the wrong competition.
  • Disqualification: If you are disqualified for breaching our Terms and Conditions.
  • Unsuccessful Entries: Failing to win a competition does not entitle you to a refund.

In compliance with UK law, we offer a Free Entry Route for all competitions, ensuring equal chances for everyone.

How to Enter for Free

1️⃣ Write your details clearly on a postcard or place them in a sealed envelope, including:

  • Full Name
  • Residential Address
  • Email Address and Contact Number
  • The Competition Name (e.g., “Win £10,000”)
  • Answer to the Competition Question (if applicable).

3️⃣ Ensure your entry arrives before the competition closing date.

Free Entry Rules

  • Separate Entries: Each free entry must be submitted individually.
  • No Bulk Submissions: Bulk entries in a single envelope will count as one entry.
  • Proof of Postage: Proof of postage does not guarantee entry.
  • Deadlines: Free entries must be received before the competition closing date.

5. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims ⚠️

  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without a valid reason will result in account suspension.
  • Fraudulent Behaviour: Submitting multiple entries beyond the allowed limit or providing false information will lead to disqualification and potential legal action.
