📜Terms and Conditions (Website, Prize Draws + Instant Wins)
Effective Date: 12 December 2024
Last Updated: 4 January 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Everlasting Luck website and to any entries you make into our prize draws, instant wins and any other promotions we run (together, “Promotions”). Please read them carefully before entering.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or enter any Promotion.

2. Key definitions
- Account – your customer account on our website.
- Entry / Entries – a valid paid entry and/or a valid free entry (where available), accepted before the closing time.
- Free Entry Route – a genuine no-payment entry option (details are shown on each Promotion page and in our Free Entry Policy).
- Instant Win – a Promotion where the result is revealed immediately after entry (or as soon as the entry is processed).
- Prize Draw – a Promotion where winners are selected by chance at or after the closing time.
- Promotion Page – the specific page on our website describing a particular Promotion and its key details.
3. What rules apply to your entry
3.1 Promotion-specific details always matter. Each Promotion has its own key information on the Promotion Page (for example: prizes, entry price, maximum ticket numbers, entry limits, closing date/time, draw date/time, and how winners are selected).
3.2 These Terms apply alongside the Promotion Page. If there is any conflict, the Promotion Page will take priority for that Promotion (because it contains the “significant conditions” for that specific Promotion).
3.3 No retroactive changes. The version of these Terms and the Promotion Page that applied at the time you entered will apply to that entry.
4. Eligibility
4.1 You must be 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom, unless a Promotion Page states otherwise.
4.2 We may refuse or void entries if we reasonably believe you are under 18, outside the UK, or not eligible.
4.3 Verification: We may request proof of age, identity and/or address (see section 9). If you cannot provide this within a reasonable time, your entry may be void and any prize may be withheld in line with section 12.
5. How to enter
5.1 Paid entry: You can enter via the website checkout using the payment methods available at the time.
5.2 Free entry: Where a Free Entry Route is offered, it will be explained clearly on the Promotion Page and in our Free Entry Policy. Free entries must follow the instructions exactly and must be received before the Promotion closing time.
5.3 Equal chance: Valid free entries and valid paid entries have an equal chance of winning in the same Promotion.
5.4 Entry confirmation: An entry is only valid once it is successfully received and recorded by our systems (or, for postal entries, successfully received and processed in line with the Free Entry Policy).
6. Entry limits (and how we apply them)
6.1 Entry limits may apply. Any restriction on the number of entries (for example per person, per account, per household, per payment method, or per Promotion) will be shown on the Promotion Page.
6.2 Limits apply across entry routes. If a Promotion has an entry limit, it applies to paid and free entries combined.
6.3 If you exceed a limit (attempt to bypass): If we reasonably believe you deliberately tried to get around a limit (for example by creating multiple accounts, using other people’s details, or coordinated play), we may void some or all related entries and take additional steps under our Fair Play rules (see section 8 and our Fair Play and Account Review Policy).
7. Entering for yourself only (no “on behalf of” entries)
7.1 You must enter for your own benefit, using your own details. You must not enter on behalf of another person, act as an agent for someone else, or buy entries with the intention of transferring the benefit of entry to another person.
7.2 Gifting after a win is different. If you win, you can choose to gift a prize to someone else (unless the Promotion Page says otherwise), but the entry must still have been made by you, in your own name, and you remain responsible for complying with these Terms.
8. Fair play, integrity and prohibited behaviour
We want Everlasting Luck to be fun, fair and safe for everyone. To protect genuine players and the integrity of Promotions, the following are not allowed:
8.1 Multi-accounting: more than one Account per person, or using multiple Accounts to bypass limits.
8.2 Linked accounts / shared details to bypass limits: using accounts that appear linked (for example via shared payment details, device data, IP patterns, identical addresses, or other indicators) to get around entry limits.
8.3 Syndicate-style or coordinated play to bypass limits: group or coordinated activity intended to avoid entry limits or gain an unfair advantage.
8.4 Buying entries on behalf of others (see section 7).
8.5 Unfair use of systems: using bots, scripts, automation, exploits, or any method designed to manipulate entry, instant win outcomes, site performance, or any Promotion process.
8.6 Fraud and abuse: chargebacks used to avoid payment, use of stolen payment details, false information, or any dishonest behaviour.
8.7 Abusive or harassing behaviour: abusive, threatening, harassing or discriminatory behaviour towards our staff, contractors, winners, or community members (including on social media and community groups we run).
If we believe any of the above has happened, we may take action under section 9 and section 12, and we may restrict access to our services or community spaces to keep people safe.
9. Account review, holds and verification checks
9.1 When we might review an account: We may carry out checks where it is reasonable to do so, for example to confirm eligibility, prevent fraud, enforce entry limits, or protect the integrity of Promotions.
9.2 Temporary holds (calm and proportionate): During an account review we may place a temporary hold on:
- withdrawals or prize fulfilment, and/or
- the ability to enter further Promotions.
9.3 What we might ask for: Depending on the situation, we may request:
- proof of identity (for example passport or driving licence),
- proof of address (for example a recent utility bill or bank statement),
- confirmation that the payment method used belongs to you (or that you have permission to use it), and/or
- any other reasonable information needed to confirm eligibility and fair play.
9.4 How long checks take: We aim to complete checks as quickly as possible. If we need more time, we will explain why and keep you updated.
9.5 Privacy: Any documents provided are handled in line with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law.
10. Prize draw winner selection
10.1 Chance-based selection: Prize Draw winners are selected by chance using a fair process.
10.2 Verifiable randomness / independent supervision:
- Where we use a computer-based process, it will be designed to produce verifiably random and auditable results.
- Where independent supervision is required, we will ensure the draw is carried out by an independent person or under independent supervision.
10.3 Draw timing: The closing date/time and draw date/time will be shown on the Promotion Page.
11. Instant wins
11.1 Immediate result: For Instant Wins, you will know immediately what you have won (or as soon as your entry is processed) and how to claim it.
11.2 No unfair barriers: Claiming an Instant Win prize will not involve unnecessary delay, cost, or unreasonable administrative barriers.
11.3 Fair distribution and audit trail: We keep an audit trail for Instant Win allocations and will provide appropriate evidence of fair distribution if challenged by a regulator or authority.
12. Prize fulfilment, winner contact, and winner publication
12.1 Winner notification: We will contact winners using the details on their Account (usually by email). Timeframes will be set out on the Promotion Page where relevant.
12.2 Prize delivery times: Unless a Promotion Page states a different timeframe, we aim to supply prizes within 30 days of the closing date.
12.3 No cost to claim: We will not require winners to pay additional charges to claim a prize (other than any standard cost you choose to incur yourself, such as travelling to collect a prize if you request that option).
12.4 Winner publication (proof a valid award took place): We may publish or make available information showing that a valid award took place, typically the winner’s surname and county (and, where relevant, the winning entry).
- We will tell entrants about this at or before entry.
- Winners can object to publication or ask us to reduce the amount of information published.
- If we are required to, we will still provide the relevant details to the ASA or other authorities if challenged.
12.5 Using winner stories: If we want to use a winner’s image, video, or story for marketing, we will ask first (unless the Promotion Page clearly states otherwise and you have agreed at entry).
13. When prizes can be withheld (and when they cannot)
13.1 Fair rule: Prize withholding is only justified where a winner has not met the qualifying criteria that were clearly set out before entry (in these Terms, the Promotion Page, and any clearly referenced policies).
13.2 Examples of situations where withholding may apply:
- you are not eligible (age, residency),
- you cannot pass reasonable verification checks,
- your entries are proven to breach stated entry limits, or
- there is clear evidence of multi-accounting, fraud, bot use, or bypassing limits.
13.3 What we will do instead of “punishing mistakes”: If it looks like an honest mistake (for example you accidentally exceeded an entry limit), we will aim to apply a proportionate outcome (for example voiding only the entries over the limit, and refunding those paid entries where practical).
14. Cancellations, errors, and changes (without changing rules mid-Promotion)
14.1 We do not change rules mid-Promotion. We will not change significant terms for a Promotion once it is live, unless unavoidable circumstances outside our control make it necessary and participants are not disadvantaged.
14.2 If an unavoidable change is needed: We will:
- communicate clearly and as early as possible, and
- if the change causes disadvantage, offer a fair solution (which may include a refund).
14.3 If we cancel a Promotion: If we cancel a Promotion, paid entries will be refunded unless we are legally permitted to do otherwise.
14.4 Manifest errors: If there is an obvious pricing or publishing error (for example an incorrect ticket price caused by a technical fault), we may correct it, explain what happened, and provide affected customers with options that are fair (including a refund where appropriate).
14.5 Future Promotions: We may improve or change our website, mechanics and rules for future Promotions. Those changes will not apply retroactively to entries already made.
15. Entry fees and refunds
15.1 Entry fees are generally non-refundable once an entry has been successfully processed, except:
- if a Promotion is cancelled (section 14),
- if we void entries because of a technical error on our side, or
- where a refund is required by law.
15.2 Chargebacks and reversed payments: If a payment is reversed, charged back, or cancelled, any related entries may be void (and if a prize has already been supplied, we may treat this as a breach and pursue recovery where appropriate).
16. Your conduct on our website and community spaces
16.1 You must not misuse the website, interfere with its normal operation, or behave in a way that harms other users or our team.
16.2 If behaviour is abusive, harassing, threatening, or disruptive, we may restrict your access to customer support channels and/or community spaces. Where possible, we will still keep a route open for essential account matters, handled calmly and safely.
17. Privacy and data protection
We process personal data in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Please read our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy for full details.
18. Intellectual property
All content on the website (including text, images, branding and logos) is owned by or licensed to Everlasting Luck LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit it without written permission.
19. Liability (important)
19.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence,
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or
- any other liability that cannot be limited under law.
19.2 Subject to 19.1, we are not responsible for:
- interruptions outside our reasonable control,
- third-party failures (for example payment networks), or
- indirect or consequential losses.
19.3 Our total liability to you for any claim connected to a Promotion will not exceed the total amount you paid us for entries into that Promotion, except where the law requires otherwise.
20. Complaints and how to contact us
If you have a complaint, please email in**@****************co.uk with:
- your account email,
- the Promotion name, and
- a clear summary of the issue.
We aim to respond promptly and resolve issues fairly.
21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.
